I’m Joe Siltanen, a LA-based Creative Director who helps companies achieve their business goals through effective, top-quality marketing across a variety of media types. My expertise comes from 10 years of ad agency experience, in which I’ve created high-performing, award-winning campaigns from idea to execution and worked with dozens of brands of all sizes.
I specialize in developing strong strategic positions for companies, writing concepts and scripts that support that positioning, and executing the concepts with video, photo, design, and digital work. I have deep, start-to-finish experience with creating content for social media, TV/streaming, digital, print, and outdoor advertising. My personal skills include writing, designing, video editing, and creating websites, and I’ve built a trusted network of collaborators that I hire to handle things like camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and animation.

For Coldwell Banker real estate, I wrote the script, hired the production team, oversaw shooting, and edited the footage for a recent multimillion-dollar campaign.

I worked with a body care brand called Lalicious to shoot highly affordable (yet high-quality) content for their website and social media.
Luxury Social
As creative director for a global real estate brand, I wrote, shot, and edited dozens of bespoke ads for their luxury division. My team also created a luxury home shopping guide for the brand, which was called “Best of the Best.”
Brand Asset Creation
I’ve shot and created hundreds of photo and video assets for Lalicious body care, giving the brand a premium, desirable image.

For Coldwell Banker Real Estate, I developed the brand positioning of “Guiding People Home” and supported the positioning by creating a paid social campaign that established them as an industry leader and drove new client leads.
