I managed these social pages to keep everything optimized and brand, as well as maintained the doctor’s Google My Business and Google Reviews presence.

Website Development & Optimization

When I started working with Dr. Laleh, her website hadn’t been updated in almost a decade and it wasn’t capable of effectively capturing leads. My team and I redesigned a new high-performing site on Webflow that lined up with the premium, organic brand identity we had crafted for the doctor. At every turn, I optimized the messaging and flow to drive form completions and we added Meta, Google, and TikTok pixels to track our campaigns and link with our CRM. Through our efforts, the website became a hub for hundreds of the practice’s best leads.

Video & Photo Content Shoots

I created top-quality video and photo content for Dr. Laleh and her partners with twice-monthly shoots in the dental office, and higher production shoots every quarter in other upscale locations. This allowed us to showcase the doctors’ personalities and style beyond the dental environment, capture great photos, and batch record content that could later be transformed into many ads and posts.

Printed Assets

I designed and custom printed a suite of materials for Doctor Laleh, including flyers, business cards, folders, and referral pads. These were all executed in line with the brand style that I developed for the doctor. I worked with my printer to add luxurious touches like gold foil, debossing, and premium cardstock.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Email + SMS Marketing

My partners and I developed a custom CRM for the practice that tracked incoming leads from the website and various marketing channels. I trained the practice’s receptionists on how to successfully use the system in their outreach to leads.
