Luxury Real Estate Social and Display
Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, the business division for my real estate client’s most desirable properties, sells homes that fetch price tags up to $100M. In my time as creative director, I was responsible for writing and executing many digital campaigns that marketed this division to a high-net-worth target.
Recruitment Magazine
Using photo assets we shot, I was responsible for writing and creative directing a yearly recruitment magazine, filled with 30 pages of content and information about the benefits of affiliating with Coldwell Banker as an agent. This became an invaluable piece of communication for the brand, with individual brokerages clamoring for copies.
Annual Asset Shoot
My partner and I led a yearly photo and video shoot to generate tons of bespoke real estate assets. Each year we travelled to a different city (LA, New York, Atlanta, Dallas) to authentically capture unique styles of homes and their surroundings, working with a core team and hiring local crew members and talent. Each time out this would yield 20+ minutes of video selects and dozens of high-quality photos for our agency and the client to deploy across the year.
